CAS: 1309-37-1, Molecular Formula: γ-Fe₂O₃, Relative Molecular Mass: 160 (based on 1987 international relative atomic mass), X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis indicates: the sample is a pure phase of γ-Fe₂O₃, Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis indicates: the sample consists of spherical particles with a particle size of 20 nm.

Application Range

1.Used for coloring in paints, rubber, plastics, construction, etc.;

2.As an inorganic pigment, it is used as an anti-rust pigment in the coating industry. Also used as a colorant for rubber, artificial marble, and terrazzo flooring, as well as a colorant and filler for plastics, asbestos, artificial leather, leather polishing paste, etc. It serves as a polishing agent for instruments and optical glass, and as a raw material for manufacturing magnetic materials such as ferrite components;

3.Used in the electronics industry, communication equipment, televisions, computers, and other magnetic materials, as well as for flyback transformers, switching power supplies, and ferrite cores with high U and high UQ values;

4.Used as an analytical reagent, catalyst, and polishing agent, and also in pigment formulations;

5.Used as a magnetic material, pigment, and for producing reducing agents, polishing agents, catalysts, etc.;

6.Used for coloring tablet coatings and capsules;

7.Used as a pigment in anti-rust paints. The mica iron oxide anti-rust paint made from this product has excellent water resistance and anti-rust performance, making it a suitable replacement for red lead;

8.Inorganic red pigment. Mainly used for transparent coloring of coins, as well as for coloring paints, inks, and plastics.
